The Quick Setup Guide
1. Set up the basics: Open the Courses dropdown, select Templates, and click 'New Template'. Head to the Template Details tab to add your title, description, and a custom cover image.
2. Collaborate with your team: Scroll down to the Access section to invite fellow teachers.
3. Build and publish: Build out your Coursebook with modules and lessons just like you normally would. When your materials are ready to go, click 'Publish latest version'.
4. Work instantly: Create a brand new class directly from this template, connect it to an already active course, or even turn a successful past course into a brand-new template.
5. Stay perfectly synced: If you update the master template, those changes will seamlessly carry over to all connected courses the moment the teacher confirms the update.
6. Maintain your flexibility: Even if your class is linked to a strict template, you can still add custom, ad hoc lessons to suit a specific group's needs without changing the original file.
