How to Schedule a Course

Scheduling individual lessons day after day can feel like a never-ending chore. What if you could build out an entire semester, assign all your students, and schedule every single class all in one go? Here is how to put your teaching on autopilot using Livetea.ch’s Coursebook feature.

The Quick Setup Guide

1. Create a new course: head to the Courses tab, click New Course, give it a title, and enter the setup guide.

2. Add your participants: select an entire class or pick individual students from the dropdown list, then hit Save Changes.

3. Set the schedule: click 'Create a recurring lesson', confirm your timezone, set repetition rules (like 'weekly on Monday'), and define when the course ends.

4. Build your content: pack your modules with material by importing premium Linguahouse content from the Marketplace or adding empty lesson decks.

5. Finalise and go live: Add a subtitle, description, and custom cover image. Then, hit the 'Go live' button to automatically send emails, sync calendars, and make your course active.
